    Director de Calidad (dos plantas)


    En dependencia de la Direcci n de Planta y la Direcci n Corporativa de Calidad, se encargar de dirigir, dise ar e implantar las pol ticas de calidad, supervisando los procesos de control y gesti n de la calidad, velando por su cumplimiento y por la mejora continua, con el objetivo de ajustar los procesos a las necesidades y requisitos de los cliente


    Desarrollar y gestionar las pol ticas y estrategias de gesti n y control de calidad, planificando estrat gicamente todas las actividades, velando por el desarrollo del Manual de Calidad, los procedimientos operativos, las instrucciones de trabajo,


    Gestionar y analizar el seguimiento de la resoluci n de no conformidades, incidencias y reclamaciones, supervisando la aplicaci n de las medidas correctoras y planificando las acciones preventiva


    Coordinar las auditor as internas del sistema y del proceso, as como el seguimiento del proceso de


    Planificar , controlar y establecer los objetivos e indicadores de calidad
    Difundir y supervisar la implantaci n de la pol tica de calidad, procedimientos e instrucciones en concordancia con las directrices marcadas por la


    Elaborar y gestionar el cuadro de mando del rea de calidad interna, realizando el seguimiento de los resultados obtenidos y el an lisis de posibles desviacione

    Supervisar y controlar la gesti n de la calidad de los productos y procesos fabricados en la

    Dirigir la calidad de los trabajos realizados y los productos fabricados en el cliente para garantizar su plena satisfacci n adem s de asegurar y mejorar la gesti n de la calidad de los componentes de


    Dirigir un equipo humano de ingenieros de calidad, inspectores y metrolog a, estableciendo los objetivos, planes de trabajo y seguimiento de esto



    Requirements

    Imprescindible aportar m s de tres a os de experiencia como Responsable de Calidad en el sector del autom vil, preferentemente gestionando la calidad en varias plantas y en empresas acostumbradas a trabajar con distintos OEM
