    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Works with all project disciplines to supervise and ensureunderstanding of total project schedule needs and integration ofscheduled activities.
    • Develops and maintainsthe master schedule as per the contractual requirementsspecifications method statement of the project and companystandards.
    • Analyzes Project progress andperformance using Earned Value Management to establish KeyPerformance Indicators (SV & SPI) and recommend preventiveand corrective actions.
    • Review and approvebaseline revised and recovery schedules including the cash flowhistogram of manpower histogram of equipment WBS calendarsetc.
    • Review the extension of time claims usingthe delay analysis techniques (Impact As Planned Time ImpactAnalysis As Planned Vs. AsBuilt Analysis Collapsed AsBuilt andWindows Analysis).
    • Review monthly/weeklyschedules.
    • Identifies critical and subcriticalactivities of the project and analyzes their impact on the overallcompletion schedule considering the actual status andtrends.
    • Monitors project schedules manpowerand quantity reporting to ensure the preparation and presentationof the Critical Items Action Report.
    • Monitorsproject schedule analysis and studies problem areas to determinethe criticality of scheduled activities and recommend alternativesfor schedule improvement to the project team for discussion and/ordecision.
    • Review the Construction Look AheadSchedules Mitigation and Recovery Schedule in close coordinationwith the PM/CM including but not limited to other relevant ProjectStaff and the Subcontractors.
    • Checks allAsBuilt Schedules and ensures that they are correct and are closedfor all projects.
    • Provides lessons learnedpresentations for scheduling processes.
    • Createand maintain risks & issues registers.
    • Monitor risks & issues.
    • Develop allprogress and status reports/dashboards for theClient.
    • Maintains standards of safety andcomplies with Companys Health Safety and Environment ManagementSystem requirements.
    • Takes reasonable care ofown health and safety and that of others in theworkplace.
    • Follows and maintains Companystandards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality Systemrequirements.
    • Informs themselves of therelevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational HealthPolicies Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill Internationaland ensures continued compliance with these requirements whileemployed by Hill.
    • Perform other duties asassigned by the linemanager/supervisor.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge andSkills:

    • Bachelorsdegree in engineering preferably Civil Architecture MechanicalElectrical or similar technical qualification.
    • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in complex ConstructionProjects main Contracting PMO/PMC background (preferable in PublicBuildings Infrastructure Airports etc.).
    • Experience and demonstrated skill in performing monitoringreviewing and presenting project planning and scheduling functionswhich include schedule development and schedule analysis withdemonstrated skill in establishing criteria planning andsupervising project scheduling activities.
    • Excellent knowledge of productivity analysis and resourcecalculation.
    • Skilled in supervision andtraining of technical and nontechnicalpersonnel.
    • Knowledge of engineeringconstruction and business management techniques customarilyacquired by a prolonged course of specialized instruction.Knowledge of current industry and technicaldevelopments.
    • Proven track record withrecognized international standard companies preferably from SaudiArabia particularly in Middle East operations andprojects.
    • Ability to communicate and workusing English. Arabic skills are a plus.
    • Expertlevel experience in the field of planning andscheduling.
    • Proficiency in Project planningSoftware such as Primavera P6 MSProject MS Office andothers.
    • Preference for PSP PMISPPMP.
