    Job Title:Local & International SalesSpecialist

    Reportingto: SalesManager



    Requirements

    DetailedPositionRequirements:

    Handling all breakdown calls received by direct phonecall and all other

    channels such asemail App website etc. and schedule surveyASAP.

    Adhere to use CRM system as per company process for mattersrelated

    to hisjob.

    Constant contact with agents to receive bestrates.

    Build relations with agents and compare ratesconsistently.

    Subsequent follow up with clients to getapproval.

    Continuous follow up with client until shipment reachdestination.

    Ensure start/end job date for his clients and be ontop of all information

    related to hisclients.

    Responsible for coordination with custom clearers and shipping lineto

    ensure on time booking and smoothoperation for client sexport/import

    shipments.

    Accountable for client s payment collections andfinancial flow between

    the Company andshippinglineagentsclearersetc.

    Preparation of service proposal and subsequentfollowup for securing

    newcontracts.

    Reviewing all reportsrelated to sales and prioritize work asrequired.

    Prepare the necessarydocumentation related to each job and uploadit

    on CRMsystem.

    Conduct Regular visits tocorporate and retails client and provideweekly

    report withresults.

    Be informative andcontinuously research the shipping andclearance

    rules and regulation foreach country.

    Ensure that alldocumentation and billing are process in atimely

    manner.

    Work together with teammatesto achieve overall targetsales

    objectives with fullaccountability for sales distribution keyaccounts.

    Responsible for deliveringsales target according to setbudget.

    Be ambitious and suggestways to expand the customerbase

    Work effectively incoordination with other related departmentsanalyze

    and interpret sales results inorder to undertake appropriate actionsthat

    develop and maximize businessresults.

    Deliver the company strategythrough active implementation ofsales

    and marketingprograms.

    Provide accurate 12monthRolling Forecast and reportcompetitive

    market information aboutcompetitors activities and customersneeds.

    Worktogether with team mates to achieve targets respond toclients

    swiftly and adhere to usingmanagement approvedrates.

    Proven track record in managing channel sales like corporatesand

    projects.

    Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet orexceed targets.

    Gaining a clear understanding of customers businessesand

    requirements.

    Listening to customer requirements and presentingappropriately to

    generatesales.

    Maintaining and developing relationships with existingcustomers

    Responding to incoming email and phoneenquiries.

    Acting as a contact between a company and its existing andpotential

    markets

    Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closingsales

    Gathering market and customerinformation.

    Negotiating price costs delivery and specificationswith buyersand

    managers.

    Creating detailed proposal documents often as part ofa formal bidding

    process which islargely dictated by the prospectivecustomer.

    Should be able to present and sell company services toclients.

    SkillsExpertise

    The candidate should possess a strong leadershipskill to achievesales

    targets.

    Minimum bachelor s degree in relatedfiled.

    Minimum 10 years of experience in handling export/importjobs.

    Knowledgeable in Saudi Customs and law for export andimport.

    Should be abreast of the competitive market and come upwith

    innovative ideas to increasetheir market share.

    SaudinonSaudi national are preferred or whom having atransferable

    Iqama.

    Must be a college graduate with Excellent verbal andwritten

    Communicationskills.

    Must have valid Saudidrivinglicense.
