    Job Title: SeniorDBA Progress OpenEdge

    JobResponsibilities:

    • ProgressDB architecture know how
    • Support progressDB
    • Progress DBReplication
    • Progress DB dump and load tablepartitioning table move
    • Database migration
    • PASOE application server creation andmanagement
    • OpenEdge management
    • Progress Database auditing
    • Progress classical AppServer maintenance
    • Progress Database schema changes
    • Daily task monitoring
    • Should have experience for the migration from11 to 12 version
    • OpenEdge STS (authenticationand authorization)
    • Knowhow of all the latestfeatures of OpenEdge database and application servers
    • Progress PASOE load balancing
    • Progress OpenEdge TDE
    • Migration of classical AppServer to PASOE
    • Should have a knowhow of the connection typesof progress database
    • Progress SQL know how howto create users and how to authorize the users
    • ODBC and JDBC connection know how ofprogress

    Education:

    Bachelorsdegree in CS or relatedfield

    Experience:

    5years with minimum two years in Senior DBAposition

    Good tohave:

    Microsoft SQLserver experience
