    we arelooking for a Account Manager Physical Securitywho will be Driving andimproving vendor sales whilst meeting the vendor and companyobjectives and targets. You will micro manage all layers of thesales channel and improving product depth and market share for alltiers. you will focus on maintaining current business relationshipsimprove inactive accounts and create new business will be aware of all project bids and target Ingram Microinvolvement in them. Whatwill you do
    • Youwill establishes productive professional relationships with keypersonnel in assigned partneraccounts.
    • You willCoordinates the involvement of company personnel including supportservice and management resources to meet partner performanceobjectives and partnersexpectations.
    • You will meetassigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategicobjectives in assigned partneraccounts.
    • You need toProactively lead a joint partner planning process that developsmutual performance objectives financial targets and criticalmilestones associated with a productive partnerrelationship.
    • you need toproactively assess clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoingbasis.
    • You will sellsthrough partner organizations to end users in coordination withpartner sales resources.
    • You will manage potential channel conflict with other firm saleschannels by fostering excellent communication internally andexternally and through strict adherence to channel rules ofengagement.
    • You will leadsolution development efforts that best address enduser needs whilecoordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partnerpersonnel.
    • You will ensurepartner compliance with partneragreements.
    • You will driveadoption of company programs among assignedpartners.
