    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Car Park Management Systems at IDEX Services Co, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Your role will involve presenting and demonstrating our solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our car park management systems.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives related to car park management systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Act as a technical consultant, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a clear understanding of our car park management offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our car park management systems, staying informed about industry trends.
  • Design and build solutions based on client's needs and requirement, this includes, but not limited to, generate bill of quantities, design concepts, pricing schedule and preparing technical proposals.
  • Conduct site surveys and requirement collection process.
  • Preparation of technical proposals, documentation, and responses to client requests for clarifications.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of car park management systems or a related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in different low current systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS-Office software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
