    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Initiation:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

    Project Execution:
    Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project resources effectively.
    Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones are achieved according to the plan.
    Identify and address potential risks and issues to minimize disruptions.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
    Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and support.

    Quality Control:
    Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet standards and

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).
    PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
    Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on large-scale projects and government institutions.
    Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 and strategic objectives is a plus.
    Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
