    Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online and offline stores. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales, profit and minimize costs. The ideal candidate will have experience as a store manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing, operations etc.
  • Manage off and on-line sales stores
  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Supervise, motivate, and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Track sales and revenue through analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios and make right forecasts
  • Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices on-line and off-line operations
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

    • Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS)
