    JOBDESCRIPTION

    Job Title:Infrastructure and Underground Utilities BIMEngineer

    We are seeking anexperienced BIM Engineer specializing in Infrastructure andUnderground Utilities to join our team. The ideal candidate shouldhave a strong background in civil engineering BIM modeling andcoordination of medium to mega projects. In addition the candidateshould have knowledge of the GCC region and be proficient in usingAutodesk Civil 3D Infraworks Revit Autocad and Navisworks. Thecandidate should also understand BIM standards such as PAS 1192 ISO1950 BIM forum LOD specifications and BIMcoordination.

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leadand manage the road infrastructure projects using BIM processesstandards and project information deliverycycle.
    • Develop and maintain project BIMExecution Plans (BEP) and BIM Model Development Plans (MDP) toensure all project stakeholders are aligned with BIM processes andstandards.
    • Generate 3D models of roadinfrastructure projects using Autodesk Civil 3D Revit andAutocad.
    • Generate design drawings and shopdrawings for road infrastructureprojects.
    • Ensure compliance with BIM standardsand project requirements and coordinate with other disciplines toensure BIM models are coordinated andclashfree.
    • Collaborate with the design team andother stakeholders to optimize design and construction processesusing BIM.
    • Coordinate the design design issuesand BIM issues using Autodesk BIM 360platform.
    • Provide guidance and support to theproject team on BIM processes standards andtechnologies.
    • Review and validate projectdeliverables to ensure they meet projectrequirements.
    • Coordinate with projectstakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM models and projectdeliverables.
    • Work collaboratively with theproject team to identify and resolve technicalissues.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering or relatedfield.
    • At least 7 years of experience inInfrastructure and Underground Utilities BIM modeling andcoordination of medium to mega projects.
    • Strongknowledge of BIM processes standards andtechnologies.
    • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3DInfraworks Revit Autocad andNavisworks.
    • Perfect understanding of BIMstandards such as PAS 1192 ISO 1950 BIM forum LOD specificationsand BIM coordination.
    • Experience in leading andmanaging teams of engineers and BIMmodelers.
    • Ability to coordinate and collaboratewith different stakeholders.
    • Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
    • Strongcoordination skills and ability to work collaboratively with theproject team.
    • Strong teamwork skills andability to lead and manage a team of engineers and BIMmodelers.
    • Strong presentation skills andability to present technical information to nontechnicalstakeholders.
    • Experience in creating 4Dsimulations in Navisworks and Synchro is aplus.
    • Knowledge of creating 5D in Cost X is acredit.
