    Joining the client service team at AKQA means influencing consumer behavior through creativity, interactive media, and original concepts. As an Account Manager in Saudi Arabia, your role involves nurturing strong client relationships and leading teams to deliver groundbreaking work that engages and motivates audiences, driving positive change in the digital landscape.

    In this position, you will collaborate closely with a talented team across the MENA region, fostering a culture of teamwork and creativity.     ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Establish and nurture mutually beneficial client relationships, identifying opportunities, understanding key business issues, and conducting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business environment and target audiences.
    • Effectively manage various partners to ensure successful outcomes for clients and AKQA.
    • Achieve and surpass revenue targets.
    • Ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and manage expectations proactively.
    • Identify and capitalize on organic growth opportunities, as well as support new business development.
    • Utilize client relationships to expand business opportunities.
    • Offer insights on team resources and planning, including detailed forecasts.
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of client businesses and market challenges, showcasing strategic thinking and providing relevant solutions that align with client objectives.
    • Create and distribute high-quality written documentation and manage feedback effectively.
    • Possess expertise in digital media and marketing.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage.
    • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the MENA region is a plus.

    QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

    • Experience in account management at a leading digital agency or equivalent organization.
    • Proven track record of building exceptional client relationships and inspiring confidence with clients and colleagues.
    • A passion for innovation and strategic business acumen.
    • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships and deliver impactful presentations.
    • Strong presentation skills, whether written, visual, or verbal.
    • Demonstrated decision-making ability under pressure.
