    JobOverview

    Supervise IT governance& planning infrastructure and operations in the company inalignment with best practices to ensure effective and efficient IToperations.

    ManagerialResponsibilities

    • Contributeand monitor work done by the team members and ensuring it iscompleted on time without delay.
    • Track andreport critical organizational unit performance results andescalate business related issues to seniormanagement.

    FunctionalResponsibilities

    • DevelopIT strategy and ensure its alignment with strategic and businessobjectives.
    • Supervise IT governance and riskmanagement frameworks to ensure safety security and businesscontinuity in the company.
    • Recommend optimal ITsolutions and execute projects to meet the organizations IT needsincluding managing and controlling solutions and overseeing ITvendor relations.
    • Oversee the designimplementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure includingnetworks servers and systems.
    • Ensure datasecurity disaster recovery and business continuity plans are inplace and regularly tested.
    • Optimizeinfrastructure to support shipbuildingoperations efficiently andcosteffectively.
    • Assure that all relevant totechnology and IT requests and queries from the companystakeholders are catered foreffectively.
    • Develop and manage the IT budgetensuring costeffective technologyinvestments.

    Qualifications

    • BachelorsDegree in Computer science IT Digitalization or any other similarfield.
    • Above 8 years of experience in relatedfield including 3 years in a managerialrole.
    • Masters Degree in Computer science ITDigitalization or any other similar field ispreferred.
