Saeed Alghamdi

Hi, This is Saeed Al Ghamdi, a fresh graduated MIS student from Jubail University College.

I'm always looking forward to developing myself, either by taking courses or intending workshops. I'm sure I will be a valuable asset to any company I join. My interest is always to find problems and fix them in the best way.

I completed my bachelor's degree by completing my COOP were happened and Saudi Aramco. The training was between two groups under Northern Area Production Engineering Department, the Technical Support Unit (TSU) under Technical Support Division (TSD), and Planning & Performance Management (P&PM).

First, I started working with the Technical Support Unit, the unit report to the Technical Support division, I worked as data analysis, the main functions of the Technical Support Unit are:

• Coordinate with Production Engineering Units to compile mid-year and yearend accountabilities as well as Operation and Business Plans.
• Coordinate Well Database issues with Well Testing & Data Base Divisions.
• Provide the production and injection figures for the weekly highlights.
• Issue weekly job progress for completed jobs against requirements.

The main task I accomplished with the Technical Support Unit are:

• Analyze and review Allocation data.
• NAPED Performance Dashboard
• Work on Quartey Business Review QBR 2022.

Secondly, I have moved and started a new challenge by joining the Planning & Performance Management under the Information Security Analysis (ISA) team, the main functions of Performance of Planning & Performance Management are:

• Review, enforce, and ensure implementation of Data Protection Internal Policy.
• Ensure that employees, contractors, and external party users adhere to the established policies and procedures of the organization.
• Authorize new information processing facilities or changes to existing facilities and organizations within a department.

The main task I completed with the Information Security Analysis under the Planning & Performance Management unit were:

• Phishing E-Mail Test Analysis Report.
