    As the Head of Marketing atTharwah the candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing andintegrating the functions of our public relations and marketingdepartments. Will collaborate closely with our executive team todrive strategic decisions regarding marketing campaigns new productlaunches and brand strategy enhancements. The responsibilities willencompass overseeing the positioning of Tharwah brands in themarket developing impactful campaigns to increase brand awarenessand actively monitoring our public image. Additionally you will beresponsible for fostering strong relationships with mediarepresentatives to ensure comprehensive mediacoverage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developand execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment withTharwahs businessobjectives.
    • Driveincreased brand visibility and recognition through effectivepromotional strategies across all marketingchannels.
    • Enhancecustomer engagement and conversion rates through wellcoordinatedmarketing activities encompassing advertising and salespromotion.
    • Conductthorough market analysis to inform decisionmaking and developtargeted marketing efforts and product/service adjustments asneeded.
    • Improvecustomer satisfaction and loyalty through services tailored to meetevolving demands and statisticalinsights.
    • Cultivatepositive public perception and secure widespread media coverage ofTharwahs initiatives programs andobjectives.
    • Implementstrategic PR efforts including press releases and social mediacontent to preserve the companys reputation andcredibility.
    • Developinnovative PR strategies to drive brand differentiation andcompetitiveadvantage.
    • Createand execute a comprehensive marketing communications plan to ensureclear communication of marketing objectives strategies andtactics.
    • Establishand maintain a strong media presence with highlevel placements inboth print and online mediaoutlets.
    • Identify and pursuestrategic partnerships sponsorships and advertising opportunitiesto contribute to brand growth and marketexpansion.
    • Lead manage and inspire themarketing team to ensure optimal performance and successfulexecution of marketing initiatives andcampaigns.
    • Monitor industry trends andcompetitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation andstay ahead of thecurve.


    Requirements

    • A bachelors degree inmarketing business administration or a related field is typicallyrequired. A masters degree ispreferred.
    • Proven experience of atleast 10 years in marketing or publicrelations managerialroles.
    • Strong knowledge ofmarketing principles strategies and bestpractices.
    • Outstandinganalytical skills enabling you to foresee challenges and deviseeffectivesolutions.
    • Indepthunderstanding of social media and offline marketingstrategies.
    • Proficiencyin market research techniques including conducting market studiescustomer surveys and competitiveanalysis.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunicationskills.
    • Proficientin budget planning allocation and management to ensure optimalutilization ofresources.
    • Flexibility to adapt tochanging market dynamics business priorities and emergingtrends.
    • Strongleadership skills to guide and inspire a marketing team fosteringcollaboration and drivingperformance.
    • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice and project managementsoftware.
