    Responsibilities :

    • Work on creating top-notch 3D art assets like characters, props, and environments.
    • Create high and lowpoly art assets using different pipelines.
    • Implement 3D processes and pipelines for game development, work on shader and texturing techniques, and collaborate with the art director and lead artist to shape the game's vision.
    • Provide valuable insights for improving the 3D pipeline and processes.
    • Integrate art assets into Unity or other gaming engines, and troubleshoot modeling and texturing bugs.
    • Perform basic rigging for props and small objects.
    • Have experience with PBR rendering, creating texture atlases, and mesh and texture animations.
    • Ensure that the work aligns with the project's direction and the game's style guide.
    • Build 3D Assets libraries to enhance productivity.
    • Manage multiple projects with different artistic styles efficiently under pressure.
    • Document work effectively.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions for game concepts.
    • Handle vendor management tasks such as providing feedback and follow-ups.
    • Take on leadership roles, including mentoring juniors when needed.

    Requirements :

    • Proficiency in 3D Software like Maya, Max, Zbrush, Blender, etc.
    • Extensive knowledge of 3D assets tools and pipeline creation.
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a 3D Artist with expertise in Character, Environment, and Props creation.
    • Track record of shipping over 35 games, including AAA titles on mobile or console platforms.
    • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in relevant fields preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and intuition in 3D tools creations.
    • Deep understanding of game genres on various platforms.
    • Expertise in Unity and other gaming engines.
    • Experience working with different devices from mobile to console.
    • Strong leadership abilities, teamwork skills, and effective delegation capability are preferred.
    • Excellent time and priority management skills.
    • Clear and concise communication abilities, including documentation.
