    Job Summary

    • Develop roadmap for the Prepaid segment propositions in alignment with Consumer strategy
    • Direct the Acquisition, Stimulation and Retention within the prepaid Segment.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of mass propositions to Grow, cultivate, build loyalty and retain the segment customer base
    • Determine and tailor propositions along the entire customer lifecyce to maximise benefits for customers and Mobily
    • Source and leverage internal and external capabilities/engagements for proposition design to extend reach and speed to market for prepaid consumer products
    • Guide and steer Marketing, Sales and Customer Care along consistent KPIs to create and deliver outstanding customer experience
    • Manage mass voice programs that interfere with other segments to ensure proper delivery for end users Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.

    Skills

    MBA or Masters is highly desirable

    Education

    Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.

    Managerial Responsibilities

    • Participate in the development of the sector's short and long term strategy and guide the direct reports towards the achievement of the strategic goals through accomplishing their responsibilities.
    • Set the division's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of the same to the reporting departments, and guide their achievement.
    • Contribute to the development of the sector's policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
    • Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
    • Ensure the ongoing development of the division's employees, and guide and assure the developmental activities of direct and indirect reports.
    • Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure and ensure KPI's are well communicated and monitored.
    • Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division's human, financial, logistical and technological resources at all times.
    • Observe level of services provided by subordinates aiming to provide information redounding on efficiency of processes.
