We are looking for an experiencedand energetic Procurement Officer to join our growing team atACCIONA Facility Services in Saudi Arabia. Growing your career as aFullTime Procurement Officer in a Spanish company is an incredibleopportunity

*KeyResponsibilities:*

Manage key vendorrelationships and create business partnerships that will add valueto the overall process
Analyze spend data fromvarious sources and recommend the best business decisions whilefollowing sourcing best practices
Negotiate tomaximize cost savings improve service levels and mitigatecontractual risks
Demonstrate sourcingleadership; manage long term strategy and work with operations ondaily requirements
Negotiate contracts with astrong understanding of contractinglanguage
Partner with appropriate internalstakeholders to reach smart and innovative businessdecisions
Drive continual improvement to costproductivity the total cost of ownership and total valueproposition

*Requirements:*

Thisposition is open to Saudi Nationalsonly
Minimum of 3 years of sourcing andprocurement experience
Educated to degree levelequivalent and/or professionally qualified (or working towardsqualification)
Numerate with excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail
Computer literate with good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office in particular advanced use of MicrosoftExcel
Strong working knowledge of technologiesand their operation for their area of specialism e.g. SAP vendormaster data processes electronic invoicing and esourcingtools
Good communication (written/verbal) andinterpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with externalsuppliers or internal stakeholders. Comfortable operating at asenior level
Proactive approach to solvingproblems and able to minimize errors
Experienceof working in an organization with a shared servicesprovider
Ability to work under pressure with afocus on managing time appropriately often in a changingenvironment
Ability to foster strong workingrelationships with teammembers
