Missions:

-Assurerlaccueilphysique et t l phonique des clients
-R aliser le diagnostic bien- tre et beaut des clients
-Identifier et anticiper les besoins et demandes duclient
-R pondre aux demandes dinformation des clients (produits, services,)
-Saisir les r servations dans le systme
-Informer les clients sur les protocoles de soins retenus en prsentant les produits et leurs services
-Confirmer les rendez-vous et les pr f rencesclients
-Editer les factures et v rifie lexactitude des donn es avant de lapr senter auxclients
-Conseiller les clients sur le choix des services, propose desservicesadditionnels
-R pondre aux emails de demande de RDV en fran ais ou anglais enpersonnalisant les rponses
-Suivre les interventions du service technique au sein des zonesconcernes
-Faire appel aux d partements internes concern s afin quilsinterviennent pour maintenir le niveau des standards demand s, et raliser le suivi des actions demandes
-V rifier le respect des normes dhygi ne et propret dans le centrede sport et sassure de sa bonne

-Dipl me Technicien Sp cialis en R ception
-Bonnes connaissances de l esthtique
-Sens du relationnel et esprit dquipe
-Bonne pr sentation physique et sens de laccueil
-Sens du d tail et une rigueur
-Excellente communication crite et orale en franais
-Bonne ma trise des outilsinformatiques
-Excellentes comp tences de communication et dorganisation
