    JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement/Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Procurement/Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the procurement and contract administration processes for our civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services, as well as the proper administration and compliance of contracts.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, evaluating, and awarding contracts
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and develop procurement plans
    • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
    • Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including contract amendments, variations, and disputes
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement and contract documentation
    • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in the procurement and contract administration functions

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and contract administration, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and contract law
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement and contract documentation
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
