In this role, your primary responsibility is to support and supervise the legal team while ensuring proper performance of all assigned tasks.

• Provide sound legal advice and counsel to the Board of Directors and senior executives to support the Group's business objectives in a timely and costeffective manner.
• Plan, direct, and monitor the performance of the legal function, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and investment agreements.
• Draft and administer legal documents such as articles of association, bylaws, and statutes to align with the business objectives and strategies of the Group.
• Lead or support negotiations with joint venture partners, banks, and other parties to advance the business.
• Conduct due diligence for corporate structure setup, draft agreements/contracts, and manage legal disputes and arbitration processes.
• Establish relationships with local and international law firms, select outside legal counsel, and provide expertise on tax laws and government regulations.
• Review legal documents, transactions, and contracts, and prepare legal structures for business expansions.
• Propose and execute initiatives to enhance the legal function's capabilities and promote best legal practices.

• LLB undergraduate degree, with a Master's degree considered a plus.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
