    BE/ Tech (Electrical / Electronics)with 8Years' experience inProductdevelopment CyclesfromBattery/Automotive / Automobile / Similar

    JobRole:

    • Toimplement, deploy & maintain a clear product,documentation, and drawingsStructurefor the Li-Ion battery solution for Automotive products coveringelectric andHybridelectric vehicle
    • This jobrole is acting as interface between Engineering and production andhas strong know-how of product functionality andCharacteristics
    • Understandingof complete product development Product development cycles fromdesign to
    • Knowledge& Understanding of BOM & Change Management (ECN/ECR)
    • Ensuringthat production and procurement are using right versions of
    • Creating,updating and managing BOM lists in co-operation with design
    • Periodicreport to next level and timely MIS for managementmeetings
    • Handledevelopment projects completely till launch to
    • Knowledgeof types of cells/modules, battery packs architectures
    • BasicKnowledge of testing at pack level
    • Understandingof Battery & BMS functions and software Control algorithmssuch as battery controls, battery SOC, SOH, cell balancing, safetyrelated controls, configuration of BMS, energy calculation, thermalmanagement
    • Knowledgeof electronics circuit and components function for powerelectronics systems, including inverter, on-board charger, BMS,
    • Knowledgeof various measuring equipment like, CRO, Multi meter, LCR
    • FunctionalTesting, System/ComponentBenchmarking
    • Coordinationwith cross functional department, suppliers for design anddevelopmentActivities
    • Supportteam as required in the assembly of battery prototyping &
    • Knowledgeof test standards of Lithium-Ion tractionbattery
    • CostOptimization through VA/VE andBenchmarking
    • Workclosely with design teams to troubleshoot issues and proposedimprovement
