    On behalf ofour client we are recruiting an Assistant HotelManager.

    JobSummary:

    TheAssistant Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operationsin the hotel including team management achieving a balance betweencustomer service and profitability developing marketing andpromotional strategies ensuring service quality and overall guestsatisfaction as well as planning for events and special functionsand efficiently monitoring expenses and managingresources.

    MinResponsibilities:

    • Efficiently andeffectively manage the hotel s daily operations.
    • Direct andorganize the team to ensure the delivery of highquality customerservice.
    • Develop andimplement marketing and promotional strategies to increaseoccupancy and achieveprofitability.
    • Ensurecompliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
    • Manage financialand human resources to achieve the hotel s financial andoperational goals.
    • Plan andorganize events and special functions at thehotel.
    • Monitor andevaluate the hotel s performance and implement improvements asnecessary.
    • Interact withcustomers to address complaints and enhance theirexperience.
    • Guide trainingand development of teamskills.


    Requirements

    • Minimumof 2 years of hotel management or hospitality industry experience.
    • Strongorganizational and managerial skills.
    • Effectivecommunication skills with customers and the team.
    • Deepunderstanding of hospitality industry principles.
    • Abilityto make quick and appropriate decisions in challengingcircumstances.
    • Goodknowledge of information technology and hotel management systems.
    • Abilityto work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
    • Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management or relatedfield.
    • Ongoing training in hotel management and leadershipdevelopment.
