    RESUH is looking for aTalent Sourcer to join our growing team and manage the first stageof your recruiting process.

    Talent Sourcerresponsibilities include using various channels to look forpotential candidates, contacting passive candidates and buildingtalent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solidnetworking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoylearning about different roles, wed like to meetyou.

    Ultimately, you will proactively identifyour hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualifiedemployees.

    Your daily duties willinclude:

    • Interactingwith potential candidates on social media and professional networks(e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github.)
    • Crafting andsending recruiting emails.
    • Coordinating withhiring managers to determine positionrequirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Interact withpotential candidates on social media and professional networks(e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)

    • Identify qualified candidateprofiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Booleansearch)
    • Develop talent pipelines for futurehiring needs
    • Measure conversion rates,including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants,get invited to interviews, get offers and gethired
    • Ask for referrals from current employeesand external networks
    • Promote our employerbrand online and offline
    • Maintain candidatedatabases (e.g. via our Applicant TrackingSystem)
    • Communicate with past applicantsregarding new jobopportunities

    SkillsRequired

    • Proven workexperience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role or the eagerness tolearn
    • Hands-on experience with sourcingtechniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and craftingBoolean search strings)
    • Familiarity with HRdatabases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and CandidateManagement Systems (CMSs)
    • Solid verbal andwritten communication skills
    • Ability topositively present our company and open roles to potentialcandidates
    • Effective time-managementabilities
