    1. Demonstratedexperience developing BMS for energy storage/EVapplications
    2. Experienceand strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analogcircuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors,Micro-controllers & DSPsetc
    3. Knowledgeof Regulatory requirementsforLi-ionbatteriesforEnergy storageapplication
    4. Knowledgeof PCB design guidelines, DFA,DFM.
    5. Knowledgeand demonstrated experience with Analog Front End circuit designfor Li-ionbatteries
    6. Knowledgeand demonstrated experienceusingsimulationtools (for example P-Spice,Mathcad)
    7. Experiencewith FMEA and Root CauseAnalysis
    8. Experienceworking with various SensingTechnologies
    9. Experienceworking with Contactors andRelays
    10. Experienceworking with hardware peripherals and communicationprotocols.
    11. Workingknowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermalcontrol, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energyproducts
    12. Knowledgeof regulatory & safety requirements such asUL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730,etc
    13. MCUdesign, BMS design, WCAetc.
    14. Experience working with power supply Topology-LDO, Buck-boost,Flyback,Etc.

    Qualifications

    B.Eor B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with min 6-10yrs ofexperience
