The Senior Manager, Projects Planning & Scheduling is responsible for developing and overseeing effective plans and schedules for projects across the organization.
This role provides leadership for the project planning and scheduling functions, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget and adhere to quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration or Engineering10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling roles, with a track record of successfully implementing complex projects
Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP) preferred
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations for major projects
Lead project planning and scheduling activities, providing guidance and mentoring to project teams
Review and approve project plans and schedules prepared by project managers
Track project progress and identify variances from plans and schedules
Recommend actions to adjust plans and schedules as needed to meet project objectives
Collaborate with project managers and project leaders to identify needs for planning tools, processes and training
Develop and implement improved planning and scheduling methodologies and best practices
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Lead or participate in project post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned for future projects
