    Responsibilities
    • End to endunderstanding of record to report function (RTR, GL,Reporting)
    • Supervise team in managing Month EndClose, Accruals, Prepayments, Fixed Assets accounting andreporting, accounting and reporting, Intercompany reconciliation,Payroll accounting
    • Customer relationship, driveconfidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the processupdate calls with customers/stakeholders
    • Review of financial data, Comparatives andvarious MIS
    • Drive efficiency, accuracy andvalue- added initiatives
    • Adheres to allSOX/Control requirements
    • Handling auditqueries and resolution in a timely manner
    • Contributing to periodic meetings, liaise withstakeholders for quick resolution
    Qualification,Experience/Competencies
    • Chartered Accountant(CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
    • 6-10years of relevant experience within finance shared services
    • Exceptional people managementskills
    • Process orientated,committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management
    • Understanding of KPI/SLAs in RTRdomain
    • Knowledge of automation, Qualityimprovements
    • Ready to work as individualcontributor as and when required
    • GoodKnowledge of US GAAP
    • Experience inautomation or transformation of F&Aprocesses
    TeamManagement
    • Experiencein team leading is must
    • Assist and support the trainingand development of team members to meet the expected skillsrequired to perform at role level
    • Ensure teamstability and great teamsynergy
    OtherSkills
    • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees,superiors, and other stakeholders
    • Stronganalytical, Time Management and Good Presentationskills
    • Organized with keen attention todetail
    Technology/ERP
    • Musthave working knowledge of Dynamix365
    • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle,D365, Blackline will be an advantage
    Understanding of latest tools andtechnology Workflow, Digital Dashboards Expert working knowledge of MS office with advance excel

    Skills : chartered accountant (ca)/certifiedmanagement accountant (cma),6-10 years of relevant experiencewithin finance shared services,must have working knowledge ofdynamix 365
