    Role Summary:

    To review,evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs andprocedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injurycaused by chemical, physical, and ergonomicfactors.

    Duties andresponsibilities:

    • Conduct siteinspection, reporting of the unsafe conditions & acts tothe concerned supervisors & topmanagement.
    • Reporting Safety Observationsthrough HSE Dashboard (Management SystemTool).
    • Support Project HSE Manager/Sr. SafetyOfficer in HSE Compliance, implement HSE Policy andprograms.
    • Supervising HSE for MultipleSubcontractors
    • Conducting Toolbox talks andInduction Training.
    • Daily Workplace andEquipment Inspection.
    • Helping safety manager,Sr. Safety Officer to Preparing of JSA & RiskAssessments.
    • Regular verification of WorkPermits.
    • Maintaining of HSE checklists& inspection records.
    • Incidentreporting, root cause investigation and teamcommunication.
    • Implementing project emergencyresponse plan, fire & Safety plan, and rescueplans.
    • Assisting HSE Manager in conductinginternal audits
    • Area inspection before andafter the critical activities.
    • Maintainingtwo-way communication with the workers andmanagement.
    • Issuing, monitoring of workingpermits and authorizing projectactivity.

    Personalqualities

    The ideal candidate for the HSE Officerrole has the following skills, personal qualities andexperiences:

    • Minimum HSE experience of4 Years in GCC, preferably someone who is currently inKSA.
    • Bachelor's degree, Diploma orequivalent certificate.
    • Additional CertificateCourses such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA etc. related to Health& Safety is recommended.
    • Demonstrateseffective communication skills, capable of managing multipleprojects, has strong training and interpersonalskills.
    • Knowledge of applicable governmentregulations, computer skills.
