    Responsibilities:

    • Workon daily e-commerce operations, including merchandising, marketing,logistics, and support, ensuring all systems operate smoothly andmeet goals.
    • Manage and execute initiatives onSeller Central and Vendor Central channels to drive sales andenhance customer experience.
    • Act as ane-commerce enthusiast with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, joininga young, dynamic team in a fast-growingcompany.
    • Develop and implement strategies toboost e-commerce sales, monitoring website performance and customerdata for informed decision-making.
    • Create andoptimize product listings for accuracy, consistency, and SEO bestpractices.
    • Publish and monitor productinformation on platforms like Amazon, Noon, andAlibaba.
    • Upload and create new listings,ensuring they hop on effectively in both Seller and Vendoraccounts.
    • Utilize SEO best practices toanalyse, review, and optimize content for improved visibility andsales.
    • Maintain excellent account healthperformance, monitoring closely for anyissues.
    • Track product ratings and comments,promptly answering customer questions to maintain high satisfactionandengagement.

    Education&Proficiencies:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldrequired.
    • 2+ years of experience in e-commerceor digital marketing, with a proven track record in onlinesales.
    • Proficiency in SEO and keywordoptimization.
    • Strong analytical skills andability to interpret sales data and markettrends.
    • Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
    • Familiarity with operationaltools of e-commerce platforms like Alibaba, Amazon, Noon,etc.
    • Ability to work independently and strongorganizational skills.
    • Certifications indigital marketing, SEO, or specific e-commerceplatforms.
    • Key performance metrics includegrowth in sales volume and revenue, improved product listingvisibility, customer satisfaction ratings, inventory and productlistings management efficiency, and success of promotionalstrategies.
