The IsDBInternal Audit Department (IAD) team is passionate about definingand executing IAD activities that drive technology solutions fitfor highperforming internal audit functions implement dataanalytics (e.g. NLP ML RPA) and data visualization at scale;maintain an information technology systems environment consistentwith the highest standards explore emerging technology orcontinuous process improvements that enhance IADs operations andadvise IAD leadership on the information technology and digitaltransformation (cost/benefit investment decisions and use cases) toachieve IADs Strategy.

The Data Visualizationand Analytics Expert is responsible for providing analyticalsupport to Audit Specialists primarily in the execution ofassurance and advisory services. He shall be experienced inAnalytics Data Processing Modelling Cleansing and Data Mapping. Hewill provide advanced data analytics through the use of technologyscripting development configuration of programs and integration ofsystems. Also contributes actively to the formulation of engagementstrategies approaches and recommendations to improve efficiencyeffectiveness and internal controls.

The DataVisualization and Analytics Expert will collaborate with senioraudit staff and leaders to create insightful reports and dashboardsthat enable the successful execution of IADs digital transformationstrategy. You will also help shape the future of the Audit functionby applying Science Technology and Innovation to develop programsand activities in Data Mining Process Mining Automation andArtificial Intelligence.

Audit Planning andExecution

• Contributes to the planning and execution of complex audits andadvisory services through advanced dataanalytics.
• Developcontinuous Audit Programs (including scripts and algorithms) basedon the automation of the projects already done on data mining andprocess mining.
• Participate in the preparation of the yearly Audit plan andcollaborate with the audit team to plan and develop auditactivities.
• Contribute toImplementing the audit plan by conducting relevant audit proceduresfor the required audit engagement.

Data Management and Access

• Facilitate access to relevant datawarehouses.
• Effectivelycoordinate the communication of data requirements to stakeholdersin and outside of IAD for a Cloud firstenvironment with robust datapipelines and fitforpurpose Artificial Intelligencemodels.

DataVisualization and Reporting

• Create data visualizations and analyticalreports that promote understanding of key insights for a diverserange of audiences.

Process Mining and AIImplementation

• Design Implement run and maintain Process Mining programs oractivities using Process Mining Software (e.g. Celonis IntelligentBusiness Cloud).
• IntroduceArtificial Intelligence adapted to Internal Audit in the InternalAudit Department by starting to adopt innovative technologies suchas: Machine Learning Deep Learning and Natural Languages Processingand computer vision technologies.

Tools and SoftwareManagement

• Manage and maintain IADs Computer Assisted Audit Tools Software(TeamMate ACL Celonis Signavio) Websites (SharePoint) andDashboards (PowerBI).

Knowledge Sharing and CapacityBuilding

• Shareknowledge to contribute to increasing the auditors use of dataanalytics.

Reporting and Communication

• Contribute to the preparation of a concise andinformative audit report to effectively communicate the findingsand recommendations to the relevant functions and seniormanagement.

Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain effective and professionalworking relationships with all levels of staff within theorganization including Senior Management and Audit Committee of theBoard.

SpecialAssignments and Investigations

• Assist in any special audit assignments orinvestigations mandated by the management.

• Bachelors degree in InformationTechnology Data science Big Data Engineer/Architect appliedMathematics Economics Statistics Finance or related field of studywith a strong quantitative and computational background preferablywith advanced training. (Mandatory)
• Professional Certification related to DataScience Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and BusinessIntelligence Development (Preferred)
• Prior audit experience ispreferred.
• Minimum fiveyears of experience with at least two (2) years of relevantexperience in data management and analysis.(Mandatory)
• Experiencewith database systems and datawarehousing paired with demonstratedknowledge of leading data science practices e.g. data acquisitionexploration pipeline management cleaning and feature engineeringmodeling and communicating results.(Preferred)
• Experienceusing algorithms (NLP and ML are key deep learning is a bonus) anddata analysis and visualization tools such as Python and Power BIAzure Cognitive Services and Power Automate platform.(Preferred)
• Experience infinance information technology or related fields in financialinstitutions or large organizations.(Preferred)
• Familiaritywith development banking operations and risk management orsimilarly complex missiondriven global organizations would be anasset. (Good to have)
• Experience with microservices DevOps MLOps UX Design Thinking anddigital transformation. (Good to have)
• Certification in Azure data science dataengineering or similar industryrecognized credentials. (Good tohave)
• Analytical skillsability to think strategically; rapidly analyze interpret andintegrate data or innovative technology into actionable outcomesthat communicate clear conclusions andrecommendations.
• Abilityto simultaneously engage on multiple projects anticipate and adjustto roadblocks and deliver highquality work with limitedsupervision.

IT Skills

• Proficiency with data mining mathematics and statisticalanalysis
• Proficiency inapplications for Analytics Dashboards Reports Data WarehousingPower Apps AI & BI.
• Experienced in Analytics Bulk data processingModeling Cleansing and Data mapping.
• Experienced in Power BI MSBI SSIS/SSAS/SSRSTableau Asp.Net Azure Celonis.
• Good knowledge related to databases (e.g. SQLOracle Sybase Teradata etc.)
• Experience in SAP Datawarehouse(BI/BW).
• Knowledge ofrelated programming languages (e.g. Python R SQL and SASetc.).
• Experience withvarious models for Machine learning and DeepLearning.
• Experience inthe use of Computer Assisted Audit Tools likeACL/Galvanize/Diligent Teammate etc.(Preferred).
• Proficiencyin the use of standard software: Microsoft Windows and office adobeetc.
