    As a Data Engineer at NEOM EC12 youwill play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our datastrategy. This strategic position is crucial for transforming rawdata into meaningful insights contributing to informeddecisionmaking across various stakeholders. If you are passionateabout leveraging data to drive positive educational outcomes thisrole offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of arobust data infrastructure.

    • DataStrategy Development:
      • Collaborate withstakeholders to assess existing data infrastructure and contributeto the development of a comprehensive data strategy aligned withorganizational objectives.
      • Create a roadmap forimplementing the data strategy outlining key milestones andtimelines for achieving strategicgoals.
      • Explore emerging technologies and trendsin data engineering to propose innovative solutions that enhancethe organizations data capabilities.
      • Anticipatefuture data needs and design scalable data solutions to adapt toevolving organizational requirements.
      • Ensurealignment of the data strategy with broader business goals andobjectives.
    • DashboardCreation:
      • Work closely with stakeholders tounderstand reporting and visualizationrequirements.
      • Design and implement data modelssupporting the creation of interactive and insightfuldashboards.
      • Utilize visualization tools likeTableau Power BI or equivalent for creating visually appealing anduserfriendly dashboards.
      • Optimize queries anddata retrieval processes to ensure realtime or nearrealtimeinsights.
      • Provide training and documentation toendusers on effective usage and interpretation of dashboardinformation.
    • DataIntegration and Management:
      • Design implement andmaintain Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes for efficient dataintegration from various sources.
      • Implementdata quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability ofintegrated data.
      • Develop strategies formanaging master data to ensure consistency across theorganization.
      • Implement solutions for realtimedata processing and streaming as required by thebusiness.
      • Conduct rigorous testing ofintegrated data to identify and resolve any issues related to dataintegrity.
    • DatabaseArchitecture:
      • Design and implement databasestructures aligned with performance scalability and businessrequirements.
      • Implement effective indexingstrategies to optimize database queryperformance.
      • Apply normalization anddenormalization techniques based on the specific needs of thedata.
      • Develop and implement robust backup andrecovery plans to safeguard data against loss or.
      • Implement security measures to protectsensitive data including access controls encryption andauditing.
    • Collaborationwith stakeholders:
      • Collaborate with stakeholdersto understand their data requirements for analyticalpurposes.
      • Assist stakeholders in exploring andunderstanding available data sources ensuring access to relevantinformation.
      • Work closely with stakeholders tooptimize SQL queries and provide guidance on efficient dataretrieval techniques.
      • Collaborate ininterpreting data results providing insights and helpingstakeholders derive meaningfulconclusions.
      • Establish a continuous feedbackloop with stakeholders to refine and enhance data solutions basedon evolving needs.
    • DataGovernance and Quality:
      • Contribute to thedevelopment and enforcement of data governance policies andstandards.
      • Establish processes and tools forongoing monitoring of data quality initiating corrective actionswhen necessary.
      • Ensure data practices adhere toregulatory requirements and industry standards related to datagovernance.
      • Conduct training sessions andcommunicate data governance principles to stakeholders to foster aculture of data quality andcompliance.
    • CloudBasedSolutions:
      • Design and implement data solutionsleveraging cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GoogleCloud.
      • Utilize cloud scalability features toaccommodate growing data volumes and processingdemands.
      • Implement costeffective solutions inthe cloud by optimizing resource utilization and leveragingserverless or managed services.
      • Implementrobust security measures in the cloud including encryption accesscontrols andmonitoring.
    • Training andDocumentation:
      • Provide training to endusers ondata tools dashboards and reportingsystems.
      • Create and maintain comprehensivedocumentation for data engineeringprocesses.
    • Security andCompliance:
      • Implement robust security measuresto protect sensitive data.
      • Ensure compliancewith data privacy regulations andstandards.
