    JobDescription:

    We are seeking a dynamicSocial Media Specialist with a keen interest in real estate to joinour team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creatingengaging content across various social media platforms to increaseour followers drive traffic and generate leads. They will have acreative flair excellent communication skills and a passion forstaying up to date with social mediatrends.

    Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content tailoredfor different social media platforms such as Instagram FacebookTwitter LinkedIn and TikTok. Content may include but is not limitedto images videos infographics blog posts andpodcasts.
    • Podcast Production: Conceptualizerecord and edit podcast episodes centered around real estate trendsmarket insights home buying/selling tips and interviews withindustry experts. Publish podcasts on relevant platforms to expandour reach and audience.
    • Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with ourmarketing objectives and target audience. Stay informed aboutemerging trends algorithms and best practices to optimize contentperformance and increase follower growth.
    • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with oursocial media community by responding to comments messages andinquiries promptly. Cultivate relationships with followersinfluencers and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility andreputation.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitorkey performance metrics such as engagement reach and conversionrates using social media analytics tools. Provide regular reportsand insights to track progress identify areas for improvement andinform future content strategies.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing sales andcreative teams to align social media efforts with overall businessgoals and campaigns. Coordinate content calendars brainstorm ideasand contribute to crossfunctional projects asneeded.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience 2 years working as aSocial Media Specialist or similar role preferably in the realestate industry.
    • Strong portfolio showcasingsuccessful social media campaigns content creation and communitymanagement.
    • Proficiency in using social mediamanagement tools video editing software and analyticsplatforms.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with a keen eye fordetail.
    • Ability to multitask prioritize tasksand work efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Creative thinker with a passionfor storytelling and visual aesthetics.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles digital marketing trends and bestpractices.
