- Consistently offer professional,friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellowColleagues
- Ensure the consistency in thepreparation of all food items for a la carte andor buffet menusaccording to hotel recipes andstandards
- Actively share ideas, opinions andsuggestions in daily shift briefings
- Ensure allkitchen Colleagues are aware of standards andexpectations
- Liaise daily with Outlet Chefs tokeep open lines of communication regarding guestfeedback
- Continually strive to improve foodpreparation and presentations
- Maintain properrotation of product in all chillers to minimizewastage/spoilage
- Have full knowledge of allmenu items, daily features andpromotions
- Ensure the cleanliness andmaintenance of all work areas, utensils, andequipment
- Follow kitchen policies, proceduresand service standards
- Follow all safety andsanitation policies when handling food andbeverage
