- R aliser lensemble des op rations administratives et comptables, y compris laccueil t l phonique et physique des visiteurs, lenregistrement d critures, le suivi de tr sorerie et la relance client.
- Assurer le suivi administratif du personnel en envoyant les courriers et en veillant la mise jour des dossiers.
- Jouer un r le dinterface avec le cabinet comptable en transmettant les l ments comptables de mani re rigoureuse et en assurant le suivi de la facturation, de la TVA, des d clarations fiscales, des r glements et des rapprochements bancaires.
- Effectuer les r glements des factures fournisseurs et le recouvrement des factures clients.
- R aliser le reporting budg taire en rapprochant les donn es, en alimentant les tableaux et en mettant jour les informations.
- Participer la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs pour les services g n raux en demandant des devis, en tablissant des contrats, en mettant jour les informations sur les fournisseurs et en suivant les livraisons.
- Contribuer la gestion de lentreprise en aidant lorganisation et la planification des activit s, y compris les emplois du temps, les d placements et les v nements internes et externes.
- tre titulaire d un dipl me en DUT GEA ou BTS Assistant de gestion PME
- Avoir au moins 5 10 ans dexp rience en tant quassistant.e de gestion en industrie.
- Une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques tels que les logiciels de comptabilit et de bureautique
- Une bonne ma trise de langlais (oral et crit)
- De bonnes capacit s r dactionnelles en fran aise sont des atouts importants pour ce poste.
- Salaire : entre 28-34 annuel brut en fonction de l exp rience
