Le responsabilit del Guest Relations Assistant includono una serie di attivit che contemplano il rapporto con lospite.
La figura di Guest Relations Assistant dovr riportare il proprio operato al Front Office Manager dell Hotel, attraverso il raggiungimento dei seguenti obbiettivi :
Assicurarsi che i clienti siano adeguatamente accolti al loro arrivo
Monitorare le prenotazioni giornaliere e assicurarsi che le camere assegnate siano preparate prima del check-in.
Coordinare la raccolta e il deposito dei bagagli
Supervisionare le procedure di check-in e check-out.
Affrontare prontamente le richieste degli ospiti.
Essere proattivi nelle richieste dellospite e risolvere i reclami
Garantire che ospiti speciali, come disabili, anziani, bambini e VIP, ricevano servizi personalizzati
Informare i clienti dei nostri servizi alberghieri-
Promuovere tutti i servizi dellhotel, e i programmi offerti
Gestire il team per le relazioni con gli ospiti per garantire il rispetto di tutti gli standard e le procedure operative
Analizzare il feedback dei clienti in casa e delle recensioni online e suggerire modi per migliorare le valutazioni.
Requisiti
Aver maturato esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anno in contesti alberghieri di 4* o 5*
conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese, preferibile conoscenza di altre lingue straniere
Uso professionale di: Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Requisito preferenziale aver lavorato presso strutture Hilton
Predisposizione a lavorare in strutture stagionali
Conoscenza del gestionale OnQ
Buona predisposizione al contatto con ospiti del segmento luxury
