    This is a remote position.

    THE ROLE


    We are looking for a people-focused Recruitment Officer to support our team in delivering excellent service to our customers both internally and externally. As the Recruitment Officer, you will mainly provide the Talent requirements of the VA Academy and at the same time support the internal hiring needs of the organization.


    We operate a range of services to support our customers in running eCommerce stores, selling on the Amazon marketplace. We have two core products, one a lead service that provides information on where to find a product that you can buy low, resell high, for a profit on the Amazon marketplace. The second service is a recruitment and training service for virtual assistants to work within other Amazon sellers businesses.


    Over the last year, we have nearly doubled our headcount over the previous six months, and this shows no signs of slowing down as we now expand into the USA market.


    All our content, services and products are educational-based around training and supporting our clients in selling on the Amazon marketplaces and alongside our journey on the road to make £3,000,000 sales in 2022 in our own Amazon UK business, which is separate to this.



    The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:



    KEY RESULT AREA #1 Talent Acquisition

    • Provide VA Talents to the VA Academy by creating and posting job advertisements as well as managing job portals
    • Conduct paper screening and assessments of candidates to match them with external clients accurately
    • Perform end to end recruitment process
    • Build partnerships with VA Talents

    KEY RESULT AREA #2 Client Relationship

    • Build and maintain good client relationship by addressing their inquiries and concerns (ie. VA preferences, Replacements, and Training schedules)
    • Document efficiently agreements and conversations
    • Build client data to be used as reference in managing client accounts effectively

    KEY RESULT AREA #3 HR Exposure

    • Collaborate with different departments/ business units for all internal HR initiatives (ie, employee engagement, career development plans, etc)


    THE REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology, from a reputable university (or any-related course);
    • At least 3 years of experience in HR that specializes in Recruitment in various industries
    • Preferably from a service-based background


    TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW

    • Solid experience in Recruitment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exposure in other facets of HR Management is a plus

    THE OFFER
