    Our client is one of the prominent Real Estate & Property mega projects in Saudi Arabia, and is at the forefront of achieving Saudi's Vision 2030.

    Job Description

    The Director - Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for:
    • Managing business relationships within the Technology function (i.e. with IT Architecture and Development teams), and with main stakeholders such as business functions (Finance, Procurement, etc.), senior leadership team (Chiefs, Directors, etc.) and vendors
    • Strategy development and system road-mapping for Enterprise Solutions
    • Leading teams of Product Managers, Solution Delivery Managers, Solution Designers, Solution Architects, etc.
    • Programme management and software delivery/implementation of Enterprise Solutions
    • Assisting with the procurement of Enterprise Solutions
    • Application support and Service Level Management
    • Recruitment and leadership of Enterprise Solutions division

    The Successful Applicant

    The Director - Enterprise Solutions will be/have:
    • At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields of study (Master's is preferred)
    • 10+ years of experience in Technology, with a focus on Enterprise Solutions such as ERP (SAP); HCM (SAP Success Factors); Commercial, Finance & Budgeting solutions; Procurement & Contract Lifecycle Management solutions; etc.
    • Strong expertise and knowledge in implementing and enhancing SAP
    • Experience in driving Business Process Automation, Digitisation and paperless operations
    • Experienced in managing solutions for large scale, complex deployments where high levels of reliability and resilience are a top priority
    • Strong vendor management skills
    • Previously worked in large, complex organisations
    • Strong leadership experience; must have previously operated at a Director/VP/Head level or higher as part of IT leadership team
    • Strong business relationship management skills; interact with/present to/influence senior management team (Chiefs, Directors, etc.)
    • Capable of presenting complex technical subjects in a simplified manner to business partners and stakeholders
    • Experience of transforming a business from legacy on premise solutions to IaaS & SaaS (preferred) Knowledge of implementing and operating ITILv4 and ISO20000 (preferred)
    • Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
