    Job Purpose:

    As a Sales Manager specializing in softwaresolutions you will lead our sales team in driving revenue growthand achieving sales targets for our software products and services.Your strategic leadership industry knowledge and sales expertisewill be instrumental in expanding our customer base fosteringclient relationships and maximizing sales opportunities in thecompetitive software market.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Sales StrategyDevelopment: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieverevenue targets and maximize market penetration. Identify targetmarkets segments and opportunities for software sales growth.
    • Team Leadership and Management: Lead mentorand motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individualand team sales goals. Provide coaching training and performancefeedback to enhance the teams effectiveness.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strongrelationships with key clients prospects and strategic partners.Understand client needs challenges and pain points to position oursoftware solutions effectively.
    • New BusinessDevelopment: Lead the acquisition of new customers and accountsthrough proactive sales efforts networking and lead generationactivities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations toshowcase software features and benefits.
    • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the salesprocess to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement salesmethodologies tools and systems to support sales initiatives.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage the salespipeline and forecast accurately to predict future revenue andresource requirements. Track and report on sales metrics KPIs andperformance against targets.
    • Collaborationand Coordination: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams includingproduct development marketing and customer support to align salesefforts with company objectives. Coordinate with internalstakeholders to ensure timely delivery and implementation ofsoftware solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degreein Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in asenior sales role within the software industry.
    • Strong understanding of software products solutions andtechnologies.
    • Demonstrated success inachieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Strategic thinker with the abilityto analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
