    Suppose you have superiorcommunication skills goaloriented behavior and eagerness to win.Well today is the day you cash in on these skills We are lookingfor an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our growing Productteam. As a software product manager your primary responsibility isto oversee the development and management of software products frominception to launch. You will work closely with development teamsdesigners and stakeholders to ensure that the product is deliveredon time within budget and meets the needs of the targetmarket.

    Whom shouldyou be to succeed in this opportunity Ideally you would be a bigthinker who sees beyond whats available to you; more than resourcesand tools you will look for opportunities to rip apart the currentstatus quo and develop a solid plan to make it happen. You will bea champion in bringing value to customers with your strategicthinking by knowing how your product stands against competitors andhow to place it on the market. You would obtain superiorcommunication skills and be able to break down technicalinformation in a way that you can explain it to your mom or yourcustomers who may not always be technical. As a product manager Itsalso important for you to be empathetic to the feelings of otherpeople around you. This includes your team and your customers. Itstarts with the customers your stakeholders as you must be able toget their pain points why they have them and come up with a goodsolution on how to solvethem.

Thecompany develops Point of Sale (POS) software integrated withpayment services to provide a onestop solution for businesses inF&B Retail Entertainment and Services.     What YoullDo:

    • You will be a wizard inconducting market research and identify areas of opportunity fornew software products.
    • You will be a championin understanding Marns software the competition the buyers personaMarns value proposition and market dynamics.
    • Use the knowledge you have about Marn its customers and its marketto develop a product vision strategy androadmap.
    • Work closely with Marnscrossfunctional teams to develop and launch software productsensuring all customer needs are met.
    • Defineand prioritize product features andrequirements.
    • Create and maintain productdocumentation including user guides and releasenotes.
    • Monitor product performance and makedatadriven decisions to improve product features and userexperience.
    • Work with development teams toensure that products are delivered on time and withinbudget.
    • Act as the voice of the customer andadvocate for their needs throughout the product developmentprocesses.
    • Be a consultant ofprospective clients via understanding their needs then close withthem only if Marn can satisfy their needs100%.

    Requirements& Skills:

    • Bachelorsdegree in computer science engineering or a related field 3 yearsof experience in software product management.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
    • Experience with agile developmentmethodologies.
    • Familiarity with softwaredevelopment tools such as JIRA and Trello Knowledge of softwaredevelopment lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies Experienceworking with crossfunctionalteams.
