    We want to hire a competent ProductionManager to organize and administer the manufacturing of goods. Youwill be responsible for the effective running of all the productionunits and the quality of output.

    You must have anextensive understanding of production procedures. We expect you toimplement some innovative changes in our current productionprocesses and make them more efficient. You should work together incollaboration with our Quality Control team to ensure that wemanufacture a quality product.

    You should haveexcellent communication skills. In addition to this you should alsodirect personnel towards utmost performance which will set youapart as a leader. Problemsolving and decision making will take upa great part of your day.

    If you have a priorexperience in managing a manufacturing unit we certainly would liketo have you onboard.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinatewith other managers to formulate objectives and understand therequirements better
    • Prepare budgets andestimate the production costs
    • Organize theworkflow to meet specifications anddeadlines
    • Resolve issues and monitor productionprocesses
    • Administer and evaluate theperformance of production personnel
    • Approve thepurchase of equipment maintenance worketc.
    • Determine the amount of necessaryresources (raw materials workforce etc)
    • Ensureoutputs meet the required qualitystandards
    • Report issues if any to uppermanagement
    • Ensure safety and health precautionsare being followedregularly

    Requirements

    • BA/BScin Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven work experience as a ProductionManager or similar role in Productionindustry
    • A better understanding of productionmanagement
    • Deep understanding of health andsafety regulations and qualitystandards
    • Experience in reporting on keyproduction metrics
    • Knowhow of budgetingconcepts and performance evaluation
    • Excellentoperations management skills
    • Excellentcommunication skills
    • Attention todetail
    • Excellent leadership and organizationskills
    • Proficiency in ERP software and MSOffice
    • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolvingskills
