Summary of the job:

The main task of a
PS in
Janssen

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maximize Patient share of assigned products through Understanding the patient pathway, making sure sales are maximized and all sales processes are done respecting J&J compliance, Quality guidelines and local laws


This Is Achieved Through:


  • Achieving market share target for the assigned territory.
  • Promote Janssen image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within his/her assigned accounts and organizing promotional/digital scientific meetings.

Maximizing Janssen's Access Reach Through:


  • Full Account Mapping, understanding the logístical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account Stakeholders and decisionmaking processes within the account.
  • Developing and maintaining longterm engagements with customers/stakeholders within the Accounts (e.g. Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers and Hospital Management).


3- Identify short and long-term business opportunities according to Core Value Team (CVT) strategy in collaboration with Market Access team.


Ensuring Execution Excellence Through:


  • Fulfilling all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs within the agreed timelines including but not limited to: Updating database, correct & accurate reporting of visits to HCPs with valuable call feedback, sample correct handling and continuous improvement of qualitative performance.

Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products and competitors through:

  • achieving results in scientific quizzes organized by CVT according to manager's expectations
- attending all assigned trainings and to capture learnings showing improvement in technical and ethical business practices.
- organize assigned activities respecting all compliance rules and using correctly CRM system as stipulated in related SOP


Compliance with set guidelines, policies and SOPs:

  • local laws & HCBI guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Policy of business conduct and other J&J policies.
- pharmacovigilance rules notifying within company regulations about Adverse Events & Product Quality Complaints.

  • Quality and compliance practices
- global fleet safety standard requirements. & local traffic laws


Qualifications:


Experience Required:


  • Education: pharmacy graduate
  • Experience; 04 years of pharmaceutical experience
  • Advantages: Psychiatry TA (TAIF)
  • Language: English
  • Location: TAIF
