    JobDescription:

    Parsons is looking for anamazingly talented Resource Specialist /Scheduler to join our team In this roleyou will be responsible for Parsons Resource Planning forSAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP) . This positionis responsible for maintaining the program resource scheduleforecasting and reporting. Reporting directly to the SeniorResource Manager. .

    What Youll Be Doing:

    • Maintain the programresource schedule and staffing plans.
    • Workclosely with the delivery teams to identify demand and capturefuture resource requirements.
    • Provideforecasting on supply and demand utilizing project plans andrecruiting data.
    • Monitor recruiting processesand report on activity and progress against defined deploymentplans.
    • Monitor and provide reports on resourceallocation and utilization.
    • Capture resourceand recruiting data to maintain accuracy of the database and skillsmatrix.
    • Support with internal mobilityensuring resources are allocated correctly and agreed processes areadhered to.
    • Maintain resource managementdocument library.
    • Provide resource data toproject controls and HR for client approval submissions.
    • Develop maintain and communicate resourcemanagement processes to stakeholders managers and other projectstaff.
    • Ensures adherence to all corporatecontractual ethics and safety standards policies and procedures.
    • Performs other responsibilities associatedwith this position as may be appropriate.

    WhatRequired Skills Youll Bring:

    • Degree in EngineeringBusiness Administration or other related field (or equivalentexperience)
    • At least 7 years of relatedexperience in resource/workforce planning data analysis andreporting within the Engineering and Construction sector.
    • Strong written and oral communicationorganizational and interpersonal skills are required.
    • Expert user of Excel and resource management
    • Ability to work in teams. Ability to followthrough. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complexstakeholder environment under time constraints schedule workload tomeet deadlines and have the ability to prioritize.
    • Integrity advanced professionalism and abilityto maintain strict confidentiality of company and employeeinformation.
    • Highlevel understanding andappreciation of quality in complex stakeholder environments andwithin the major program sector preferably within KSA.
    • Ability to work in a matrix organization (dualreporting). Ability to interact with and influence seniorlevelmanagement. Ability to consult motivate and negotiate effectivelywith coworkers.
    • Excellent organization andfollow through abilities.
