    MAIN JOB PURPOSE

    You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be generating sales leads building client relationships and closing deals remotely. This position requires excellent communication skills a persuasive demeanor and a customeroriented approach.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Sales Generation:
      • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our catering services and products.
      • Utilize various sales techniques to generate interest answer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
      • Identify potential customers through market research lead generation and referrals.
      • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
    2. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
      • Listen attentively to customer requirements address concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
      • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
    3. Product Knowledge:
      • Acquire indepth knowledge of our catering services menu options pricing and policies.
      • Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and market dynamics to position our products effectively.
    4. Order Processing and Documentation:
      • Accurately record customer details inquiries and sales transactions in the CRM system.
      • Process customer orders including menu selections special requests and delivery logistics.
      • Collaborate with relevant departments such as operations and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
    5. Sales Reporting:
      • Prepare regular sales reports including lead status conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
      • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
    • Proven work experience in a sales or telemarketing role preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Persuasive and confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with the ability to work independently.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
    • Knowledge of catering services menu planning and food industry regulations is a plus
