    The Performance Marketing Manageris responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ecommerce platformdriving online sales growth and enhancing the overall customerexperience with strategicmindset.

    • Develop and execute theoverall ecommerce strategy in alignment with company goals andobjectives. Identify new opportunities for growth expansion andcustomer acquisition in the online retailspace.
    • Oversee the daytoday operations of theecommerce website ensuring it is userfriendly visually appealingand optimized for performance.
    • Coordinate withecommerce product teams for website updates and enhancements forefficient tracking of conversions.
    • Curate andmanage the product catalogue including product categorizationpricing and promotions.
    • Optimize flightlistings and ensure accurate information images andavailability.
    • Plan and implement effectivedigital marketing campaigns to drive traffic andconversion.
    • Collaborate with the marketing teamto execute SEO SEM email marketing social media and other onlinemarketing initiatives.
    • Prioritize a seamlessand positive customer experience throughout the online shoppingjourney.
    • Analyze customer feedback and behaviorto identify areas for improvement and implement necessarychanges.
    • Monitor and analyze key performancemetrics such as website traffic conversion rates average ordervalue and customer retention.
    • Utilize datainsights to make datadriven decisions and optimize ecommerceperformance.
    • Collaborate with the UX/UI andConversion Rate Optimization (CRO) teams to improve landing pageexperiences and increase conversionrates.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies tooptimize creative messaging and campaignelements.
    • Manage performance marketing budgetseffectively ensuring optimal allocation across channels to achievemaximum ROI.
    • Conduct regular budget reviews andadjustments based on campaign performance and businessobjectives.
    • Define and refine target audiencesegments based on data analysis and marketresearch.
    • Implement personalized and targetedmarketing strategies to reach and engage specific customersegments.
    • Collaborate with external agenciesvendors and partners to execute campaignseffectively.
    • Negotiate contracts evaluateperformance and ensure alignment with businessobjectives.
    • Conduct regular competitiveanalysis to stay informed about industry trends pricing strategiesand customer preferences.
    • Use insights torefine our offerings and maintain a competitiveedge.
    • Bachelors degree in marketing BusinessEcommerce or a related field.
    • 5 years ofexperience as ecommerce/performance media/digital sales manager orsimilar role.
    • Proven experience in performancemarketing with a focus on digitalchannels.
    • Demonstrated success in planningimplementing and optimizing multichannel marketing campaignsExperience in Umbraco and related CMSsolutions.
    • Proficiency in using analytics andmarketing technology tools.
    • Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and makedatadriven decisions.
    • Excellent communicationand presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with A/Btesting methodologies and conversion rateoptimization.
    • Budget management experience andstrong financial acumen.
    • Knowledge of industrytrends and best practices in performancemarketing.
