    Marketing Manager Logistics RealEstate (Saudi National)

    Job Responsibilities &Accountabilities

    • Design and executemarketing strategies which focus on each specific audience:including brokers investors and employees/potentialemployees.
    • Collaborate with sales team tounderstand target markets buyer personas and market trends todevelop effective marketing plans.
    • Assist themanagement in formulation of the sales proposition project briefand FAQ and costing of projects based on market feedback andinformation.
    • Represent the organization atevents be a thought leader / brand ambassador and gather marketintelligence while exposing the company to the broaderindustry.
    • Conduct market research andcompetitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities andstay ahead of industry trends.
    • Make sure thereis a consistency of Brand message across all social media platformscompany website as well as collaterals.
    • Monitorand analyse marketing campaign performance generate reports andmake datadriven recommendations to optimize marketingstrategies.
    • Manage the marketing budget andensure effective allocation of resources to maximizeROI.
