    Location: Riyadh SaudiArabia
    The Digital Design Lead plays a pivotalrole in shaping our brands online presence and visual identity. Theprimary purpose of this role is to lead and inspire a team ofdigital designers ensuring the creation of compelling andusercentric digital experiences. The job holder contributesuniquely by combining creative expertise with strategic thinkinginfluencing our digital brand image and engaging our targetaudience effectively.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Digital Leadership: Providevisionary leadership to the digital design team setting highstandards for creativity innovation and usercentered design.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align digital designstrategies with overall business objectives. Conduct regular designreviews offering constructive feedback to team members to enhancetheir skills and foster professional growth.
    • ProjectExecution: Lead the conceptualization and execution ofdigital design projects from initial ideation to finalimplementation. Ensure timely delivery of highquality designsmeeting project milestones and deadlines. Oversee the endtoenddesign process from wireframes and prototypes to finaldeliverables.
    • Cross FunctionalCollaboration: Act as a bridge between the designmarketing product and development teams ensuring seamlesscommunication and collaboration. Translate marketing and productrequirements into visually compelling and effective digital designsolutions. Provide design insights and recommendations to enhancethe overall user experience and achieve business goals.
    • Innovation and Trends: Stayabreast of industry trends emerging technologies and design bestpractices. Infuse innovative design concepts into digital strategypushing the boundaries of creativity. Collaborate with team membersto experiment with new design tools and methodologies.

    Qualifications andExperience:

    • A minimum of 5years of experience in digital design with at least 3 years ofexperience in a leadership or a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of successful digital design projectsand portfolio showcasing a range of design styles andplatforms.
    • Experience working in the bankingand/or financial services industry.
    • Proficientin design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figmaetc.
    • Strong understanding of user experience(UX) principles and best practices.
    • Familiarity with HTML CSS and other web developmenttechnologies.
    • Knowledge of the latest designtrends tools and technologies in the digital space.

    Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design DigitalDesign Product Design or any related field.
    • AMasters degree is a plus.
