    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage onsiteconstruction activities for interior fitout projects ensuringadherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
    • Responsible for collaborating with design andconstruction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
    • Responsible for regular inspections andquality checks to ensure the quality of all finishes and fit outsare executed as per the specifications and quality guidelines.
    • Monitor project progress and proactivelyimplement solutions to keep projects on track.
    • Responsible for maintaining good relations with clientsand other stakeholders.
    • Foster acollaborative and positive work environment onsite promotingeffective communication and teamwork.
    • Provideclear direction and guidance to site personnel includingsubcontractors laborers and other team members.
    • Ensure that all work is completed according to designbudget and schedule and that any deviations are promptly addressed.
    • Act as a point of contact for clientsaddressing their concerns and providing updates on projectprogress.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree inArchitecture.
    • 10 years of relevant experienceon Commercial Interior /Fit Out Projects.
    • Project management experience. PMP certified will bepreferred.
    • Familiar with design and modeling(BIM) software
    • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
    • Effective communicationskills to liaise with various stakeholders.
    • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to make quickdecisions under pressure.
    • Attention to detailand a commitment to delivering highquality results.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Knowledge and work with Microsoft officeprograms Word Power Point Excel.
