    We are looking forward to anexperienced Construction Manager to work on site for an Airportproject (PMC). The successful candidate will have at least 15 yearsexperience and have worked on large airport projects as well asother complex infrastructure and Buildings projects.
    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee constructionactivities within the Airport boundaries from inception tocompletion.
    • Ensureprogress of works are carried out according to contractors schedule
    • Monitor and reportavailability of labors equipment and tools and ensure they all arein acceptable operating level and in accordance of all legal lawsand rules of KSA
    • Carryout site inspections tests and commissioning as per the projectmanagement process
    • Ensure that contractors have obtained all necessary permits
    • Assist the client inoverseeing construction projects by identifying risks opportunitiesand recommending strategies for cost savings and improved projectdelivery timelines.
    • Generate internal and external reports related to project statussummarizing construction activity progress for higherlevelmanagement and clients develop plans to address potential issuesand acquire permits and licenses.
    • Understand contractsand effectively manage related risks comprehend claim avoidance andhandle claims from a construction perspective when necessary.Fulfill contractual performance conditions.
    • Oversee site safetysupervision by contributing to the development implementation andmaintenance of the site safety plan.
    • Manage contractors byestablishing priorities and objectives overseeing performance andproviding continuous feedback guidance and direction to ensurecontractors fulfill their contractual legal moral and otherobligations.
    • Ensureadherence to quality standards health and safety requirements andregulatory compliance throughout construction execution.
