    CoreCapabilities Manager-
    • Atleast 7-8yearsexperience
    • asexperience with BSS, Customer R/S Mgt System, Product cataloguing,bill/charging
    • TheManager for Core capabilities within the transformation team isresponsible for defining & creating capabilities within theIT/BSS/Network The role is responsible for converting high levelbusiness use cases & requirements into realizablecapabilities that can be rapidly & accurately deployedwithin the technical The role is aligned to work very closely withbusiness/product owners within all functions of the ConsumerBusiness Group on one hand and the SH IS/Network team on the other
    • Therole sits within the Capabilities for Digital, Core &Culture unit of the CBG Transformation

    KEYACCOUNTABILITIES &ACTIVITIES

    FunctionalAccountabilities
    • Conceptualize& design capabilities that can be implemented acrossBSS/Network landscape in a Telco environment for the ConsumerLOB
    • Createcapabilities using Cloud-based technologies including Hyperscaler,Kubernetes, Helm charts, Openstack, VMware, Ansible, Playbooks andContainers
    • Provideguidance and assistance from a BSS/Network Technology perspectiveto all functions within the Consumer LOB to ensure proper alignmentwith existingstack
    • Supportinstitutionalization (adherence to defined goals) of new systemcapabilities and interfaces to improve alignment with businessrequirements and usecases
    • Assistin creating the right set of capabilities for BSS transformationswith clear emphasis on long term goals andstrategies

    Stakeholdermanagement
    • Ensureclose alignment with product/business owners to creation of smartcapabilities on BSS/Networkstack
    • Align& partner with IS/Network functions to ensure smoothtransitioning of capabilities towards the technicaldomain
    • Closelyengage with PMO team within the Transformation function for Program& RFx relatedactivities
    VendorManagement
    • Activelyengage with multiple vendors that are incumbent within the clientenvironment from a transformationperspective
    • ManageRFx processes from a capabilities perspective to ensure expectedoutcome isachieved
    • AssistPMO team during the delivery Ensure delivery reflects the expectedset ofresults

    KPI
    The5 main KPI s are as follows, all of which will have yearly targetswithin theAOP
    • Timeto Market for capabilities developed within the existingstack
    • Qualityof productscreated
    • Stakeholdermanagement
    • Standardizationscreated within the stack to meet businessrequirements

    Qualifications
    • Endto end understanding & experience in BSS/IT environmentsspecializing in ConsumerLOB
    • Strongunderstanding of BSS stack required to meet DigitalKPIs
    • Hands-onexperience in vendor and partnermanagement
    • Experiencein conducting RFx s or similar processes from inception tocompletion
    • Goodunderstanding & experience of transformational processessuch as AGILE, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
    • Jobspecific technical skills Hands-on knowledge of BSS &Digital TechStack
    • AGILE,DevOps,CI/CD
