SAP Application Support Associate Consultant

Skills

  • 02 Years of Experience.
  • Native Arabic and good English communication skills.
  • SAP Knowledge (YPP Program/SAP Training etc.).
  • Remedy knowledge (preferred).
  • Doing floor walking: Facetoface support for SPGA users.
  • Basic trouble shooting support.
  • FAQ support.
  • Incident acceptance and recording through JIRA.
  • Incident classification and prioritization.
  • Incident monitoring and communicating incident status to the impacted users.
  • Escalating the incident to the second level support personnel.
  • Training for end user.
  • Incident closure.

Responsibilities

  • Attending customer support calls
  • Business knowledge base support
  • Doing floor walking: Facetoface support for SPGA users
  • Basic trouble shooting support
  • FAQ support
  • Incident acceptance and recording through JIRA.
  • Incident classification and prioritization.
  • Incident monitoring and communicating incident status to the impacted users.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understand business processes for focus area or module.
  • Research and perform detailed tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understand how to solve detailed SAP problems.
  • Understand and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.

Consulting Skills
