    PAIE-MATRE

    La Direction des Ressources est la recherche d une personne-cl pourse joindre son quipe PAIE titre de Paie-ma tre. Relevant de ladirectrice Ressources humaines et paie, corporatif et entrep ts, ler le du/de la Paie-ma tre consiste agir titre depersonne-ressources aupr s des employ (e)s et des gestionnaires. Deplus, il/elle aura comme principales responsabilit s de :
    S assurer de la production de lapaie pour son groupe selon les fr quences tablies, appliquer lespolitiques, les proc dures, les normes ou les conventionscollectives en vigueur et valider les transactions
    Mettre jour toutes informationspouvant avoir un impact sur la paie (changement de salaires,chelles salariales, taux d assurances, banques, d ductionspersonnelles, imp ts suppl mentaires, autres d ductionsvolontaires, etc.)
    Effectuer ladministration des vacances, cong s mobiles / maladie, cong dematernit , d part, primes, bonis, etc.
    Effectuer le calcul des sommes dassurances dues par suite d un arr t de travail
    Effectuer le calcul despaiements mensuels et hebdomadaires des diff rents fournisseurs(gouvernements, assurances, etc.)
    Pr parer les critures comptablesde la paie et participer aux processus comptables de fin de p riodeli s aux activit s de la paie
    Rpondre aux questions des employ s et des gestionnaires
    D velopper et g n rer diversrapports, en fait l analyse, proposer des mesures correctives ouformuler des recommandations
    Participer au processus de pr paration de fin d Ann e (T4, Relev ,REER, CNESST )
    Effectuer lesrapports gouvernementaux de fin d ann e
    Produire la d claration dessalaires au niveau de la CNESST et de la d claration des activit sde formation

    Dansson coffre outils, ce/cette coll gue poss de:
    Dipl me d tudes collgiales ou universitaires en comptabilit , administration ou domaineconnexe
    Minimum de 5 ann es d exp rience dans la pr paration de la paieavec diff rents types de profils (horaires, salari s, syndiqu s,etc.) ainsi que diff rentes provinces du Canada
    Membrede l association canadienne de la paie (ACP)
    Bonneconnaissance des lois et r glementations gouvernementales touchantl administration de la paie
    Connaissance de diff rents syst mes tels Employeur D, Kronos,Timezone/Synerion (un atout)
    Connaissance de la suite Office 365
    Matrise du logiciel Excel
    Connaissance du logiciel Excel de base
