    RoleObjective

    We are seeking anexperienced Talent Acquisition Manager to joinour team and play a crucial role in attracting and retainingexceptional employees. In this position you will be responsible forcontinuously seeking out top talent developing a compellingemployment brand fostering positive relationships with candidatesand employees and for meeting required KPIs and SLAs.

    To thrive as a Talent Acquisition Manager youshould have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting andemployment branding. Your ability to identify talented individualsand support their career growth within our organization isparamount.

    As the Talent Acquisition Manager youwill lead our efforts in talent acquisition working closely withhiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamlessrecruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategiescandidate assessment and employer branding will contribute to oursuccess in attracting the best candidates for our company.

    Key Responsibilities

    Management

    • Manage and lead a team forall recruitment activities who handle positions from entry tomidsenior level across various business units and functions.
    • Guide and ensure that the talent acquisitionteam is equipped with the required knowledge & capabilityto perform in line with the NOV process system and recruitmentstandards.
    • Actively manage stakeholderrelationships across the businesses within the region.
    • Embed regular and robust stakeholdercommunications on recruiting delivery and gather feedback forcontinuous improvement.
    • Ability to build andsustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels whilsttaking ownership and responsibility regardless of the positive ornegative situation.
    • Understanding hiringleaders needs and delivering value by creating the right solutions.
    • Proactively escalate any challenges issuesroadblocks and any gap in service delivery.

    Delivery

    • Ensure hiring targets aremet within the specified KPIs and SLAs by maintaining turnaroundtime and source mix in the most costeffective manner. Activelymonitor recruiting performance and effectiveness with a focus ondelivery optimization.
    • Responsible fordeveloping a recruitment strategy including job postingoptimization job board procurement passive talent attractiondigital and nondigital recruitment marketing comprehensiverecruitment campaign planning e.g. open days/recruitment drives.
    • Partner with Business Partners PlantEngineering and Sales Directors to proactively understandrecruitment levels/demands such that TA team is wellpositioned/staffed to handle appropriate staffing levels acrosscountry; and define the best delivery of Hiring needs ensuring bestin class customer service.
    • Responsible fordeploying sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for mass volumecorporate and niche hiring across all levels.
    • Identify future talent needs and lead the teamto proactively source and recruit for developing quality talentpools.

    Qualifications

    • Leadership experience infull lifecycle recruitments in complex and diverse organisationspreferably on sales and engineering positions.
    • Previous involvement in overarching talentacquisition strategy engagement and execution.
    • Confident using data to derive insights toinform strategies and influence and engage stakeholders.
    • Effective in navigating a complex matrixedenvironment and engaged by operating at high pace to deliverresults and drive change.
    • Demonstrated abilityto drive standards; assess and adjust priorities to ensure criticalwork is delivered in a timely fashion establish management routinesto effectively track progress.
    • Identify issuesremove barriers and leverage resources as needed to get work donein efficient & effective way.
    • Demonstrates strong initiative &resolve; strong problemsolving skills and good judgement onwhen/what to escalate for resolution.
    • Experience providing oversight and partnershipto bring synergy to multiple initiatives. Ensuring work iscompleted efficiently adjusting priorities establishing routines toeffectively track progress and identify issues to gain positiveresults.
    • Fluency inEnglish
